We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Australian law firm for an exciting opportunity within their Life Insurance, Superannuation & Financial Advice (LSFA) team. Working alongside a highly respected Practice Group Head and a collaborative team of Partners and Lawyers, this role offers excellent exposure, mentorship and long-term career development. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and drafting legal correspondence and court documents Diary and calendar management Brief preparation and coordination Monthly billing and expense management Opening and closing files Executive and personal assistant support as required Assisting lawyers with day-to-day practice management General administrative and secretarial duties About You: 1–2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant Previous billing experience (desirable but not essential) Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines A proactive, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach A genuine interest in building a long-term career in legal support The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively What's On Offer?
